100% satisfied overall experience
This was my first time buying from JJ's House, and I am 100% satisfied with my overall experience. I started with the try-on program and the dresses got to me fast and they made it easy to ship them back. I decided to do the custom sizing. I've never done this before for anything, and I was really pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly. I made sure my measurements were precise since it is non-returnable for custom sizing. It was perfect, and the dress was made in less than 2 weeks time. The quality is really great also. It's not itchy at all. Overall, I would shop at JJ's House again because of this experience.
