Plus 4 MCU Error
I had my Plus4 for maybe a couple months and it started throwing an MCU error. I reached out to customer support and spoke to Emma. They were fairly quick to respond, helped me obtain parts for the repair, as well as videos on how to repair! It ended up being the connection cable and is back in working order! Customer service is always been great with Qidi and I really appreciate that!
