Terrible experience
Well I ordered the H2C with vortek ultimate bundle and didn’t realize that they have a separate time lapse camera that can be ordered because it didn’t populate with the other kits they try to sell with the printer. So I called this morning to see if they can add it to my order and I was told no it can’t be added but they could cancel the order and I could reorder the machine. The problem with doing that is then I lose the sale price which I received. The time lapse kit is 14 dollars and I spent over 2500 dollars on their product. The customer service was not the problem the company itself is the problem. I mean how can you make someone have to spend several hundred dollars to several thousands of dollars to get a 14 dollar kit because it was not offered with the extra stuff they try to push on you. Not very happy with this purchase at the moment and it has not even been shipped yet. I hope people read this review so the same thing doesn’t happen to them. So I would like to add that I am glad bambulab may or may not do something about my experience for the next person I am still very dissatisfied that nothing could be done to help me out very poor customer service in my opinion and I have seen where Amazon is selling one of your printers on their site and their customer service is a lot better in my opinion. All I can do is inform people about the experience and service I have not gotten!
