Order # 11898 I paced an order in good faith Wrong item was shipped They have refused to send the correct item They have refused to send pre-paid shipping label for return of wrong item They want me to pay On an $85.00 bill they want to compensate for their error $25.00 This is not good customer service Now they just don’t answer They ignore me.
