In 2025, I purchased a Qidi Tech Q1 Pro 3D printer from the QIDI TECHNOLOGY Store on Aliexpress.ru. The magnetic build plate didn’t hold well on the adhesive. It bent during printing. I spent a long time printing while securing it with clothespins. I decided to contact the manufacturer’s technical support. I sent an email describing the problem to the technical support team. Eleanor replied to me. After she confirmed the issue, she kindly agreed to send me a replacement magnetic build plate under warranty! Today it was delivered to me! Huge thanks to QIDI and personally to Eleanor! Excellent service! Attentive attitude towards users’ questions! By the way, the Qidi Tech Q1 Pro printer is a great device! I’m a beginner, but I was able to master printing on it from day one!
