Delivery, notification and tracking issues
Used to work just fine with no issues except for a few occasions but this time it was a nightmare. Dropped off the package at the drop off point but it was only picked up 4 DAYS later! Before that I chatted with the customer service who very polite and helpfull but gave the usual excuse that they are experiencing back log at the warehouse and will try to expedite the shipment....if I did not contacted them, I wouldn't know, it's their duty to inform their customers. Finally after 5 days package was picked up by them and since after still says out for delivery with delivery promised by 10pm today n not it's almost 11pm yet it's still out for delivery....what rubbish, guess it's back to the postal office for me....
