Worked with us as a non-profit rescue that received a donated Oneisall litterbox through Amazon without proof of purchase
I volunteer with a non-profit rescue and we received a oneisall litterbox through an Amazon donation. This year, Amazon stopped providing proofs of purchase with most donations including this one. So when two months into use this litterbox stopped working properly we were in a bind! Unfortunately, though the troubleshooting steps provided were good we were unable to correct the error code and it required a full unit replacement. Without the proof of purchase, they couldn't activate the warranty though but offered us a discounted unit that exceeded the discounts offered normally. While this was a bummer, and I'd love for Amazon to either provide proofs of purchase again for warranty purposes again or for companies to have a means to handle those warranty activations, we were able to get that new unit and it's working well. Their support advised on which parts of the original unit could be kept for backup pieces for the new unit too. So now we have a spare metal grate and liner which will be great for cleaning days!
