late delay, and timing not as promised
I ordered on september 11, now its september 28, i need it for October 2 for an concert. it says the processing its 2-6 days, its been 17 days in process. i would like to know, when will it be shipped? i will get a full refund if it doesnt come on time. i would like to know whats taking so long?.
