I placed a large order of brand new…
I placed a large order of brand new filaments . I received a box full of open and damaged boxes while the outer box was completely fine . I have been trying to resolve this issue for over 2 weeks back and fourth email to either get bambu lab to take accountability to either replace the damaged boxes , apply credit or partial refund . All they offered was a discount code for $20 when i place another order. Very disappointing and mishandling to the issue and customer after sale satisfaction.
