Poor Delivery Service
Products, offers, pricing GREAT 👍 DELIVERY 👎👎👎‼️ (DPD) I ordered a big package (10 filaments and a lot of accessories) dayssss before my flight. There was no news of shipping for more than a week. We tried contacting DPD Soooo many times, email, calls, messages, there was NO response or help from them. We even selected the desired day for delivery before the flight, that did not happen. The deadline had passed the promised delivery time by a lot (yes i took working days into account) and now my flight was tomorrow. The package was first 2hrs away from my place, then 30mins away, we even considered going there and getting the package but DPD created issues regarding that. Conclusion - it still did not get delivered and it was flight time. Left everything behind, can’t retrieve it now as I am abroad. Such poor delivery service and customer support by them. This package was really important for us and our business.
