I booked a flight to Baku a month in advance and kept confirming with their online representative if my flight is still on track they confirmed every time. It's a glitch in their system perhaps. Before the flight I received a notification from AirPaz reminding us to board our flight. Upon arrival in the airport, we were told that our flight was canceled a month ago. Yet we never received any notifications letting us know our flight was canceled. I kept trying for hours speaking to a fellow named JESTER who took my misery as a joke. I had to buy emergency tickets last moment at the airport which broke my bank!! And Now nobody on the platform is replying me for refund. NO I DO NOT WANT YOUR REFUND VOUCHER since I will never be booking with you again!
