Ruined wedding shoes, outrageous shipping, and completely ignored by customer service
I am incredibly disappointed with JJ's House. I bought my wedding shoes from them, and they literally fell apart on my actual wedding day. I had only lightly worn them around the house a few times prior to the wedding to break them in, so there was absolutely no reason for them to break. I was forced to switch to a completely different pair of shoes halfway through my wedding day. On top of the terrible quality, their shipping fees are insane. My mother-in-law covered the shipping costs for our bridesmaid and flower girl dresses, and the shipping cost almost as much as one of the dresses itself. To make matters worse, I sent a message to customer service about the broken shoes and have been completely ignored. They have not responded to me at all. Between the defective products, exploitative shipping rates, and nonexistent customer support, it is not worth buying from this site. Save yourself the wedding stress and look elsewhere.
