Beware of web photos
I ordered a pair of single-vision glasses from Jollynova on September 13, 2026. They shipped September 16, 2026, delivered September 27, 2026. In the middle of their stated 5-12 business days of shipping plus 2-7 business days of processing (so 7-19 business days). My total time was 10 business days, 14 calendar days. Not bad, but I noticed how they never quote total time, giving separate processing and shipping estimates. So never be in a rush! However, when they arrived, they simply were not close the the picture on the web. Here is the email I sent: "I received my glasses yesterday. I am disappointed how different they are from the website pictures. I have attached the web picture and what I received. The biggest differences are: 1) The green is essentially black with a faint green sheen 2) The metal parts are black and not burnished silver as in the web picture." The response I received was: "Sorry for the inconvenience, this is the correct color, just a small difference caused by the lighting problem in the photos on the website." So what I was sold is simply not what I received. They offered a $10 refund for a pair of glasses, that in my opinion, I did not order. Very bad experience for an online glasses store.
