Worst return/refund policy
I ordered 2 dresses (same size, different colors), i received the items, tried them and they were too big. Depsit using the measurement guide provided on the website. I wanted to return them and order one dress a size smaller. The return/refund/exchange policy is absolutely asinine. Actually, not truly able to return any clothing items as they are considered “made to order” unless you want to pay a $100 “restocking fee”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. There isn’t a way to contact this company via phone, only email.
