I needed some questions to be answered…
I needed some questions to be answered by support. The details i needed to provide was exeessive to the point that i just gave. eg serial number ... why would i need to tell you the datw of experience? hardware are not chaging daily and i can not see any support person to blaim as no human is there anyway to ask.
