I honestly was trying to give a no star rating I have waited an extended waiting period for the three drivers who were trying to deliver a package with wrong address thankfully one sent me a picture of package and noticed it was missing half my address but delivery driver couldn’t call me personally so every attempt was an added 3 days to try again and when i received the shirt the color is very wrong the website showed & stated royal blue the shirt I got was a baby blue i cannot where the shirt for the game day because not the school colors I asked to resend proper color but apparently that’s the royal blue so just note color “royal blue “ is so not royal blue totally off & the picture is correct but when you get it it’s not the same I even asked to resend possibly in another color but I got a response with since it’s international shipping and customs etc they can only refund 15% for a mistake they have made & false advertisement ….i sent pictures of everything to them they agreed it didn’t match & still 15% not the correct way to run a business unacceptable
