Rented iPhone 17 for almost a year and decided to buy out. I paid for more than what is in retail. $71 for 11 months + $1,100? Makes no sense. Also, device manager is not fully removed from your phone AFTER purchasing. So your phone serial is in their device manager database. Which means should they lock you out of the system if there’s a closure or asset transfer to another company…your device is a useless brick. Emailed their support to help remove my device serial from their database and their response is “restart phone, and email the company and database manager to remove your serial from their database” what nonsense is that? I’m literally emailing you right now to fix it.
