shipping sucks, company is good
The products are great, the service is okay, and the shipping is dogshit. if you order a plate, they'll send it taped to whatever else you got with no protection. Two times, different orders, same bunk ass delivery. It's a good thing the flatness of a plate isn't really important. /s.
