I would like to share our family's experience with Tibet China International Travel Service. Our tour guide, Nomad K, spoke fluent English, and the driver 小陈 (Mr. Chen) was extremely courteous. Mr. Chen maintained regular contact with HQ dispatch while navigating mountainous roads. Their care allowed us to safely and fully enjoy Tibet's beautiful scenery and rich culture. Furthermore, the tour operator did everything they promised. When our first day's itinerary was canceled due to Typhoon Bavi in Shanghai, Xi-Mei guided us through submitting the airline cancellation notices and promptly processed a full refund of 4,800 RMB for our missed hotel night upon the completion of our trip.
