I changed my iPhone from iPhone 13 to iPhone 15. My Airalo Romania eSIM still has 5 days remaining, but the eSIM is not installed on my new iPhone and there is no Install eSIM option. I had to purchase a new esim and it still didn’t work so I just wasted my money on this. There is ne costumer service you can talk to!
