⭐ 1 STAR — ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This has been an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. I ordered a front wheel/rim and tire assembly for my scooter because I needed to get back on the road. After waiting weeks for this order, what did I receive? THE WRONG RIM — AND THE TIRE WASN'T EVEN ASSEMBLED ON IT. Seriously? After all the waiting, shipping delays, and frustration, I opened the package expecting the complete part I ordered, only to discover that the rim was wrong and the tire wasn't even mounted. So instead of receiving a ready-to-install replacement, I'm left with the wrong part and another problem to solve. This isn't some cheap accessory that I ordered for fun. I rely on this scooter for transportation. Every day I've been without it has created additional inconvenience and expense. I paid this company because I needed the correct replacement part, not because I wanted to spend my time figuring out how to fix their mistake. The entire experience has been completely unacceptable. Weeks of waiting just to receive the wrong rim with an unassembled tire. That's not a minor inconvenience — that's a failure to deliver what the customer actually ordered. I shouldn't have to be the one figuring out how to mount the tire, whether the rim is compatible, or how to make an incorrect shipment work. That's the seller's responsibility. I have never been this frustrated over a scooter part. The amount of time, stress, money, and inconvenience this order has caused is ridiculous. I paid for a solution and received the wrong part and more work. If you need a specific scooter part and actually need it to arrive correctly and ready to use, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Absolutely terrible experience. 0/10 if I could. Never again
