⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL WITH DHGATE! I want to share my personal experience so that other buyers can be more careful. I provided the correct delivery address. However, the seller shipped the package without my full name and surname — Gasparian Armen. I live in a multi-unit building where 12 different apartments and 12 different families share the same address. Without the recipient’s name, the postal carrier could not determine which apartment the package was intended for. As a result, the package was returned to the sender. I personally went to La Poste, where I was told that the problem was the absence of my name and surname on the shipment. Despite the fact that the address was correct, DHgate initially refused to refund me, claiming that the address was incorrect. Now DHgate has itself confirmed in writing that the address on the seller’s shipping label exactly matches the address I entered in the system. I never received the goods, and I still have not received my money back. I am sharing this as my personal experience and warning other buyers: always make sure that the seller puts your full name and surname on the package, not just the address. Please be very careful.
