Disappointing Booking Experience with Airpaz
⚠️ My experience with Airpaz – Please be careful when booking hotels I booked and paid for a specific villa through Airpaz. When I contacted the villa directly, they told me they could not find my booking. I contacted Airpaz and was asked to wait while they investigated. After several days, Airpaz finally sent me a voucher — but it was for a completely different villa from the one I booked. I contacted the other villa shown on the voucher, and they confirmed that there was a booking under my details. This means Airpaz had apparently booked a different property instead of the one I originally selected. What is most frustrating is that I spent days waiting for Airpaz to investigate, only to receive a completely different booking. I’m sharing this experience because I want other travellers to be aware. If you book through Airpaz, please contact the hotel/villa directly and confirm that your booking is actually in their system. I hope Airpaz can properly resolve this instead of leaving customers to deal with the consequences of an incorrect booking.
