I would give Batik Air no stars if I could. Flew Business Class from KL to Sydney - a journey of almost 8 hours yet, no movies, tv, music or games. One small meal an hour after take-off, then nothing else, no food or drink till we landed. Sitting in a first row seat I could see the crew eating McDonalds which, although I’m not keen on, looked far more substantial than the small bowl of noodles we were given, even though we were in Business Class. Drink was a glass of orange or apple juice. Would never fly with them again! I’ve had better cabin service on a budget airline.
