Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. It was like talking to an incompetent person. They said they would update me on my order, just to not respond to me for days. Then said if i need it by halloween that i would need to respond asap for another link to pay more money. They never sent it. Promised it would be delivered by halloween and i ordered 5 weeks out when they said standard was 3-4 weeks. I don’t leave reviews but this was worth leaving. i would give 0 stars if i could. Buy somewhere else.
