The site is hard to use
The site is hard to use. I searched for several flights for a multi-city trip. The search kept saying no results. It said try a train. I clicked ok. It said no trains. But when I close out and come back in and search one flight at a time with the specific airport code I find results and can purchase. It took me 3 days to complete a flight purchase because I had to try over and over to figure out why it would not accept my search over and over again. That is too difficult.
