Zero customer service!!
I ordered from Amazon on Sept. 15 and Ninja picked it up 3 days later. Delivery date was Sept. 28 but it never arrived. Then I get a notification that they had a delay in transit and a new delivery date was given, Oct.5. That date came and went with no delivery again. No update since and they don't reply to my email inquiries. I have no idea where my parcel is and they have been paid already. Customer service is non existent!!! They just don't care about their customers!!! Don't use this company!!!
