customer service isnt very good
I bought an iPhone 16; to start with, there were significant delivery delays, it took about 15 days to arrive, and in the end, they had to change the color because the one I wanted didn't pass their quality check. When the package arrived, it was well-packed, but the charger didn't work. I contacted them, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Fortunately, I had a USB-C charger with me, since the old one used Lightning... Customer service was slow, too.
