Ordered a vest from LightInTheBox and…
Ordered a vest from LightInTheBox and never received it. Their carrier marked my easily accessible home ‘No Access.’ When I eventually followed up, customer service pointed to an earlier email telling me to contact the carrier, then declined further assistance because their inquiry deadline had passed. I acknowledge that I followed up late. What frustrates me is that their response never explained the original delivery failure or offered a meaningful resolution. Their website and support process felt unnecessarily complicated, and I was left responsible for chasing a package that never reached me. I paid for merchandise, received nothing, and got a policy response instead of useful help. Based on this experience, I will not order from LightInTheBox again. Update: LightInTheBox responded very quickly to this public review. However, my direct email remains unanswered. Their public response asks me to submit a customer service ticket, even though I already did that and received the refusal described above. I appreciate the quick acknowledgment, but directing me back to the same process does not address the failed delivery or resolve my complaint. I would appreciate the same prompt attention to the email I already sent.
