the support team was very helpful i got an account that was SIGNIFICANTLY worse than what i ordered i opened a ticket, they asked for evidence and because i have a very tight schedule i reopened the ticket MULTIPLE times, but they never actually gave up on trying after i sent the evidence the money i paid for was promptly refunded thanks to the staff team :D
