HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I purchased a device on their website. It has been 2 weeks and the device still hasn’t been delivered nor has there been a status update. I reached out to their Whatsapp repeatedly, no reply since 10 days ago. This Whatsapp line is redundant. Reached out via email, but it bounced back and it seems like they have multiple customer service emails?! Then they finally send an email and SMS about delivery, but on the day itself no one contacted me or showed up. Is this company a scam? Over-promising things they actually can’t fulfil?
