Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing . My visa was refused, making it impossible to travel, and Agoda refused to offer even a partial refund. I wasn’t asking for a full refund, just a reasonable solution given the circumstances. Zero flexibility, zero understanding, and a complete lack of customer care. I regret booking through Agoda and will never use this platform again
