Lack of communication
Purchased for the first time from this site as the had a wide variety of suits. I have messaged and emailed in regard to my order as it has been sitting in "awaiting shipping" status for almost 2 weeks now. Halloween is coming up and im fearful I will not be able to receive my suit in time. I have not heard anything back despite sending multiple emails and messages through their websites chat. I see multiple negative reviews due to shipping and now am extremely concerned for my package and my money. I see the owner is replying to a lot of these so I hope they can finally make contact with me as well.
