Fake hotel details
I usually used agoda for my reservations while this time they allow fake hotels data on thier app while i already reserve the below Manazel Ajyad Hotel and i checked everything photos and location before i pay the amount after reservation i couldn't found confirmation from the hotel i referred to agoda customer to provide me with hotel detail i contacted them they advised that there no reservation and till now i dont know that to do or where is my money and they advised that the hotel refused to refund the amount while the all data incorrect Update : your agent gave me wrong hotels details as i already contacted them and they advised that no reservation at their end and you agent dont even know the correct hotel details please need anyone support me as i have all supported documents that you have post fake hotel details (hotel name ,photos &location) and you refused even to cancel it And he couldn't justify the issue so he directed me to send email to agoda Please check the chat history with your CS
