Headline: Major lag issue on JR-ML03 & Joyroom Non-Existent support. I bought the joyroom JR-ML03 Bluetooth speaker,and it has a frustrating lag issue that makes it unusable for audios and videos,the audio delay is terrible. My attempts to resolve this with joyroom customer service have been even worse. I have emailed their support team multiple times regarding this issue, and they have completely ignored every single message and email. Their product quality and customer service are pathetic. Do yourself a favour and buy from a different brand; there are far better options available that actually support their products.
