I bought the joyroom JR-ML03 Bluetooth speaker,and it has a frustrating lag issue that makes it unusable for audios and videos,the audio delay is terrible.
My attempts to resolve this with joyroom customer service have been even worse. I have emailed their support team multiple times regarding this issue, and they have completely ignored every single message and email.
Their product quality and customer service are pathetic. Do yourself a favour and buy from a different brand; there are far better options available that actually support their products.
Bought their open ear buds from Srinagar airport, the staff had no idea how to connect it to the phones Bluetooth. Took almost half an hour and still couldn't figure out. Still its not getting detected and the customer support is non responsive... Just a waste of money... Cheap and terrible company with super bad customer experience. This company is doomed.
Phone holder broke,flung phone on road,it's still alive but scared ot ride on handle bars anymore. I noticed the model I have isn't listed anywhere so I guess it was discontinued due to being inferior to company standards, but I tried to contact joyroom and got the brushoff ,passed back and forth. What I found was cheap Chinese plastic. I'm going elsewhere with my business.
I bought a charger from joyroom in March 2026 having never heard of the company. The charger was dispatched within 24hrs and arrived with me 6 days later. Very high quality fast charger which works perfectly. No issues at all and i've now ordeered a second one.
Purchased a magsafe wireless phone charger. It stopped working after a week. Contacted support and haven't had a response in over a week after chasing twice. avoid!
This Bluetooth 5.4 AUX Car Adapter works so well that we ordered 2! Had to email customer service regarding a question & they were prompt in answering my question.
I highly recommend this adapter & company.
