I had a very bad experience with Agoda. I am extremely disappointed with the overall booking experience and the service provided. My stay was completely unsatisfactory, and my expectations were not met. I trusted Agoda to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. This experience has affected my trust in the platform. Agoda should take customer complaints seriously, verify hotel quality before listing properties, and provide proper support when customers face problems. I would not recommend Agoda to others unless these issues are addressed.
