I am extremely disappointed with Alibaba.com. A scam seller tried to trick me into communicating and sharing personal details outside the secure checkout system. When I reported this and opened an appeal, Alibaba blocked my account instead of punishing the scammer! Even worse, while my legitimate account is frozen, I checked from another profile and saw that the exact same scammer is still active and trying to scam other users. Alibaba’s support team only sends automated template emails and fails to act. Absolutely terrible customer protection. Avoid this platform!
