Airalo doesn't work in China
I purchased Airalo, for 2 phones, for use in Shanghai, China and Hong Kong. It worked in HK but not China. In fact I could not contact the Airalo website or App even through the hotel Wifi. I have just spent 123 minutes on their chat and they don't have any idea what went wrong nor do they appear to care outside of numerous platitudes and a cure all $5 credit. I would strongly recommend other alternatives as I have no confidence in either their products or the technical competence.
