I liked that I was given step by step instructions on what to look at and how to test. I liked that I needed to stop working on the issue and come back later and the info in the chat was still there. The bot didn't give me the solution. I found it. I have screen shot where the issue was. You should add that check into the process. The screenshot guides were a little blury. They need to be updated. Over all we got there.
