Reimbursement of unused vouchers
What I like is that you cover most of the countries, unfortunately there are countries where one will buy data then it doesn’t work. This happened to me last month in Zimbabwe. I hope you can have a way of reimbursing unused vouchers or carry forward that payment to another travel by your customer.
