Incorrect entry time.
We were not provided with the correct entry time on arrival at property. We booked based on a 3pm entry time and on arrival we were then told 4pm. We had unpacked all luggage, bags and food for the refrigerator ( including a celebration cake ). We were meeting family for a celebration meal at 4pm and this had to be cancelled due to non entry at our accommodation. As previously stated all booking information stated 3pm entry and we basically had 4 people standing outside the property unpacked with no entry. This is unacceptable.
