Never book with this company
Never book with this company. I have had an emergency come up and I had to cancel my accommodation. Spoke to the hotel who are absolutely wonderful and agreed to give a full refund. I messaged Agoda to let them know that I had spoken with the manager of the hotel they had agreed to refund in full. Contact through Agoda ai chat keeps telling me that the hotel are refusing refund. Which is not true.
