Disappointing experience with Agoda
Disappointing experience with Agoda When booking a flight and hotel package, I would expect a significantly better price, not to discover later that booking them separately would have saved me AUD 110. I contacted customer service to request a price match, but was told it was not possible because I had booked a package. On top of that, if I had booked separately, I could have paid for the hotel just 10 days before my trip, whereas with Agoda, I had to pay for everything upfront in one payment. Overall, I’m disappointed with the pricing and flexibility of Agoda’s package deals. I expected better value and a better customer experience.
