I specifically requested door-to-door delivery because I was outstation. My parcels have been stolen several times before, which is why I clearly requested that the parcel be delivered directly to my door. However, the delivery service was disappointing. It seems that the delivery person was unwilling to deliver the parcel to my door and instead responded by saying that the product was not expensive and was very cheap. **Whether the product is expensive or cheap is irrelevant.** I paid for the item with my own money, and I deserve to have my parcel handled and delivered properly.
