We are looted by Agoda
We are looted by Agoda, we booked a property for 2nd - 3rd October on 1st October night, we made full payment, after making payment, confirmation came for 1st - 2nd October, when we complaint to Agoda , they told they will check and they need 48 hours , after 48 hours ,they simply replied booking cancelled, nothing can be done.. Booking number is - 20550 44120 We paid 21450 , which is a huge amount, such a pathetic service, I request people to think 100 times before booking via Agoda ..they don't care about their customers.... We received mail from Agoda after this review but that is of no help. I offered three possible resolutions, but none of them are accepted , Agoda is asking us to book freshly and they will see if any discount can be given , there is no word of assurity , we do not get any confidence , very disappoint that Agoda could not provide any concrete resolution in last 3 weeks.
