Title: Amazing bus company, but Terrible and misleading Trip.com platform! Review: 5 stars to the bus company (King Express) and 1 star to Trip.com. The bus itself was amazing, clean, and very comfortable. The driver was an incredibly kind and professional. Even though it wasn't officially stated in the ticket, he was so nice that he dropped my family off right at Hanoi Airport (Noi Bai), which saved us so much stress! 10/10 for the local crew! However, booking through Trip.com it was a nightmare. The app's interface is terrible and highly misleading. It splits one single bus route into dozens of fake options, confusing users. Because of this, the app gave us a completely wrong, random pin drop for a boarding station on a dark highway in the middle of nowhere. Trip.com support was completely useless and provided no real location maps. If you book here, DOUBLE-CHECK the actual boarding point with the bus company directly, do not trust the Trip.com map!
