I was having a problem with activating EaseUS Todo PCTrans. Ewan helped me re-activate the license. He advised me about the ability to obtain additional licenses, which I did not know was a thing. Ewan resolved my issue and was helpful in information about other ways I might use the application. I found it to be a very helpful session.
