I booked hotel and deduct my money and when I reached hotel and hotel didn't see my booking number or confirmation number. I called them agoda told me, third party booked it from booking.com confirmation number asked to check hotel. Hotel didn't get any information from Agoda or booking.com hotel told me, has room but didn't receive my reservation number or confirmation number from hotel.Not only first time,so many times. Frustrated and get mad. Their Genes also just name and actually no discount at all
