I purchased a controller from them initially, and they were very responsive. My personal recommendation comes from having my controller malfunction, and going through their support process. It was a very smooth process, and even though I personally created a bit of a hiccup, they still followed through and helped me out. I appreciate that 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
